To all:
If your team desires practice space then you need to contact your Division Director (from last Spring) and he will give you time. The only space not available is space being used for Summer games and NVSL 40/50 combines. You can see what fields are being used at the Homepage under Summer 2009 season schedule. The NVSL 40/50 combines are being handled by Bob Lyle and he already knows what is being used.
If your team did not turn in full payment yet then a Payment Intent form must be filled out and sent to sjeservices@erols.com. They will be reviewed by the President and any adjustments will be made and a signed copy will be sent to the representative of that team.
We are still missing a few registrations for the 5 teams that did not attend the meeting. If you intend on playing in the Fall then you need to get it in to the PO Box immediately or sent in an email to sjeservices@erols.com. Any team that still does not have it turned in by the 15th will not play in the Fall.
Teams that have carry over balances need to get that straight. We are almost done reconciling the books from the Spring and even before. Once we do some of you will receive a bill for past unpaid balances. Failure to pay those balances could have your team removed from the schedule and includes forfeits. Thanks for your assistance with this matter.
Please follow through with your players regarding contacting the County about fields. If you have questions please contact the President.
