Passes for participation in Neptune and/or Cup

If you or your team are planning on participating in either the Neptune or a Cup tournament, you will need a player pass. Managers can contact their Division director or the President to make arrangements. Individual players need to go through their manager. Don't wait do it now. Last minute requests may not be filled. Requests should be done 2-3 weeks prior to need.
