Fall AGM and Misc. Info

The date for the Fall AGM is set. We will meet on Wednesday the 11th of August at Velocity V sports restaraunt in Merrifield, Virginia. The meeting will start at 6:30 pm. We ask all teams to have one manager in attendance. This is a manadatory meeting and those teams not represented may risk being removed from any scheduling. There is a lot of information put out in these meetings which is why this is important.
All teams must also be registered and paid in full (no balances) by August 7th to participate in the Fall 2010 season. Charges for registration overages will be sent to all teams it applies to. Please make this payment asap.
There will be no credits for unplayed games from the Spring. The reason is that there has been plenty of time to make these games up. If you have not played a specific game, please contact your Division Director asap so that we may make one last attempt to get it scheduled.
